  Frequently Asked Questions  

  • WHEN IS THE PAINTING EVENT?
    Our painting session is held on EVERY Saturday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. For other day (weekdays or Sunday), we only open for group booking / registration with minimum 8 people. For the Saturday OPEN sessions, you can book INDIVIDUALLY (1 people) or group. No minimum people required for Saturday session.
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST?
    Its includes everything you’ll need for the session (20 x 30cm/ 30 x 40cm/ 40 x 40 cm) canvas- yours to take home, acrylic paint, brushes, easel, apron). We only accept cash or online bank transfer payment.
  • DO I NEED A RESERVATION IN ADVANCE?
    Reservation is required. We have limited seats in each session, so we recommend booking in advance. Also, we need to prepare and set up the paintings materials before you arrive the studio.
  • HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
    We will request for payment with details how to pay online when you make the booking. We prefer payment via online bank transfer as it is convenient and we do not have to deal with collecting cash during the event.
  • DO YOU OFFER GROUP BOOKING DISCOUNT?
    We do offer group discount. However if you have 8 people and above, you may book the whole studio to your group (a PRIVATE session) at ANYTIME ANYDAY except Saturday 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
  • CAN WE HAVE PRIVATE SESSION IF WE HAVE LESS THAN 8PAX?
    Our weekday or Sunday private session, we require minimum 8 pax spending.

  • WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO?
    Address : No. 9A, Jalan Tiara 5, Taman Tiara, 31900 Kampar, Perak.
  • HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
    Our session starts promptly. We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes before so you can find parking and get acquainted with the studio.
  • WHAT IF I AM LATE?
    Try your best to be on time.
  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    We provide aprons but we recommend wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting a little bit of paint on – just in case!
  • WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
    You can reschedule your booked session to another date with no penalty. However, please be kind and inform us as soon as possible. Things happen, we understand.
  • HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?
    Each session is about 3 hours. We offer non-guided, open art jamming sessions so you are at liberty to paint whatever you wish. If you require help on the use of tools, materials, or basic painting techniques, our friendly guides will be on hand to assist you.
  • WHAT IF I’VE NEVER PAINTED BEFORE?
    You don’t need any formal art experience to paint – just follow your instincts and your heart. No limits, no inhibitions, and best of all, no judgmental looks! Bring your own picture or, if you’re stuck figuring out what to paint, choose from our wide range of thoughtfully preselected inspiring art copies. No one’s expecting you to be a Picasso or Rembrandt overnight, but at least you know you’ve taken the first step! It’s good to remember that with art there is no “right” or “wrong” answer. Any “mistake” can be fixed or simply reinterpreted as intentional strokes of genius.
  • CAN MY CHILD ATTEND?
    Children are welcome! We are encourage parents bring their children for painting as family bonding time.
  • HOW DOES PRIVATE EVENTS WORK?
    In order to book a private event there is a minimum requirement of 8 (for private session on weekday or Sunday). For private booking on Saturday, the minimum requirement is 15pax. This is because our Saturday session is usually reserved for open session with individuals booking.
